I am a new provider here on TER. I have a question, how do I turn the offline button on on my profile page? The offline symbol is on the top right corner. Thanks in advance for your responses, Sofia D.It can be found at the bottom of the page, online status can be found under account manager.

I pasted the code to my site, but it always shows as "offline" both on my site and my profile. ::shrug::
