They will help keep your erection. You need to be very careful when using them because if you get one too tight or wear it too long, they might cause damage. If you decide to go that route I'd recommend you start with a 5 snap leather that encircles both your cock and balls. When you are ready to pop you can quickly remove it to let the boys swim free. It needs to be snug but not so tight that you are stopping all blood flow.

I tried the snap-on, the elastic ones, and the metal ones. I like the mental ones. Just follow the instructions for how to size yourself. If new, get a size up.
