I have lady friend and former provider whom I've kept in touch with, on and off, since we both retired.
She's struggling with her new life, staying clean and on the straight and narrow, but has had some bad things happen. Financially she's okay.
I'd like to do something nice for her to cheer her up a bit. Thought of buying her a day in the spa, but that's really not original. Lunch/dinner, opera/theatre with ME won't fill the bill either, for reasons of discretion.
So I ask the guys, what kids of things have you done which were appreciated?

I talked with a lady the other night that said she just wanted to cuddle. She'd been ill, and thought it would do the trick. Unfortunately for me, her story was of a past event, so I couldn't help out.

always cheer me up. Carnival Rides at the county fair. A long ride on the back of a motorcycle. A helicopter ride over the city. Rent a speed boat for the day and go really fast! Do something fun, a little dangerous and crazy. Take her somewhere she can get wild and laugh and act like a kid again. She will love it.
