Naturally, I'd prefer to see an unblurred face, but oftentimes, you can get a good idea of her looks even with the blurring. I have seen many providers w/o a clear face shot, rarely disappointed. Boobs and butt are factors too. Boobs don't have to be huge, just enough to enjoy.

I echo the above comments. There are providers that appear to offer services that line up with very well with what I am looking for and they have great reviews. However if I am not physically attracted to the provider I will look elsewhere.
Sometimes reviews will name someone she resembles or provide some sort of description. Although facial beauty is highly subjective, the average appearance scores do provide some general guidance. I've certainly had the experience where I was a little disappointed when I first walked in the room, but her attitude, personality and performance can make all the difference.
When I first started, I had to feel 100% attracted to her in order to perform well. But at this point, I can empathize with how the ladies go about it - as long as she's not a cold mean bitch, I can get down with pretty much anyone.

Physical attraction is paramount. I'm looking for specific attributes. If she has reviews, I'll read the general description to get an idea of her personality and activities she likes/dislikes. I'll check her website, if she has one, to try and confirm what other's may have stated.
If she doesn't have reviews or a website, then it's strictly a gut instinct. I've taken more than a few chances seeing ladies that don't. It's not the smartest thing to do, but sometimes you luck out and find that gem.
