Most of the fixed items, age , hair color, body type, etc, etc are set by the first reviewer. Be accurate and honest. You owe that to the rest of the group. I know they can be changed by problem report, but that is not always a simple thing.

...She doesn't have to already have a profile on TER. She doesn't have to be a TER member. She does have to have the things stated in the following quote from Review FAQ's.
"The lady being reviewed must have an advertisement on the web that includes her name and any one type of the following contact information: phone number, pager, email address or reservation form."
