Lots of girls take rs2k, and prefer it over p411, but not necessarily over a reference. it's completely situational. Some ladies may not have access to either rs2k or p411 either. you need to have a referral from a client or another lady, and that can take time.

Personally, I won't take references from agencies, as most never respond to reference requests.  Ive only ever had one agency respond to a reference request.  I'd ask the agency if they do give referrals, and if they do, what their policies are.  

The bottom line though is that every lady screens differently, and there's no set rule.  Rs2k verification is incredibly popular though.

Hi, I've finally reached a point where I'm not only a member of RS2K (Chicago), but have also used two different agencies.

I am now interested in visiting a new independent provider.  Her site says two references must be provided.  There is no mention of RS2K or P411.  I haven't contacted the provider yet.

Some questions:
1. As a general rule, do providers (especially independent) in Chicago prefer RS2K over references?  or would it vary from provider to provider?
2. I don't mind providing the references.  But I wanted to know if simply giving the names of the agencies is enough, or is it expected to give the phone number and/or email of the agency, the actual names of the providers, dates when I visited etc.,
3.  Should I contact the agencies ahead of time and let them know I would like to use them as a reference?  This part feels really awkward :)

he may not accept agency references. Many independents don't because the reference doesn't come from the actual provider you saw.

Your going to have to ask this provider if she will accept agency references. Do give her the information including phone numbers and web address. It saves her a step. (She won't have to get back to you to ask for it if it's acceptable to her.)

You could also ask her about P411 and RS2K.  

Yes, give the agencies a heads up about using them as references. Some agencies don't give references.

It's my understanding RS2K is the dominant verification service in Chicago and surrounding area.

She may only accept references from independents. Have you seen any through RS2K that would give her a reference. If so you could try that route
