 Anything's possible…but an overnight is typically a lot of extra cash.   Wouldn't she denote that with  "Star Gazing (YMMV + $$$$$$)".    I figured "star gazing" = cunnilingus, since she's on her back, looking at the "stars".    

 But your multiple guesses are as valid as mine.  Do our guesses reveal something about ourselves? Maybe.   --

 I checked these terms on both the TER glossary & Urban Dictionary--nothing really matches up.   Urban Dictionary lists "Water Skiing" as pissing on yourself while drunk.  But within the context of P4P, your guess of 'water sports" is the better one.  

  The provider charges extra for "Hand Holding" (maybe GFE?), while "Star Gazing" (cunnilingus, perhaps) is part of her menu.  It's quite strange.  Not sure if we're looking at Canadian slang or maybe your provider is an eccentric who likes wordplay.  --z
