I am thinking if I were you, I might look to mid size cities that a lot of women of color don't visit.  Then I am thinking that this is usually a slow time of year so you might just want to go to the resorts or where people are vacationing.  Concentrate on that, because then you should be in proximity to where a lot of your customers are.  Finally try to stay out of areas where there is a glut of providers because that causes competition which might mean that you don't get as many sessions as you would originally hoped for.  Also start to advertise on boards to where the vicinity is moderately populated.  Then see what response you get when you advertise.  These responses will be critical in determining whether or not you will go to these cities.

Orange County and San Diego might be the place to start. LA is very competitive and you only have 3 reviews which may put off some mongers. Hotels are starting to get expensive in So. Ca so  check the Internet for deals. So don't cheap it out on hotels. Good luck
