Ugh, thank you! I did I contacted them I wrote them a very lengthy email. the sad thing is I did nothing to this woman. I didn't steal any money I didn't steal her clients I actually let her know when her clients tried to get to know me on the side. I let her call me personally at night to vent about her family life. it was just getting out of control professionally so I changed all my passwords so she could not have access to my email or ter account and then she goes and writes that review.
Be prepared to go back and forth with TER until it's resolved. Deal with it as you would any fake review regardless of who you believe wrote it. Keep it between you, TER, and the reviewer.

I am a provider who recently stopped working with my agency, by agency I mean one female who wasn't great or professional about her job.. She has taken it upon herself to write a fake review about me on my page (It is FAKE and I know it is her because my physical appearance the reviewer describes is not accurate...)
What can I do to get it removed?
...the bottom of every page. Give them all the pertinent information. I recommend you don't bring it up on the Discussion Boards again. You never win that way as it becomes a topic of discussion with questioners and supporters with you defending yourself.
