I have never been to an orgy - so as far as that goes - I am a newbie.
For the purposes of discussion, I am defining an orgy as a private party with more than 4 guys and 4 girls where the participants are not complete strangers - one degree of separation at most. Guys have "dates". NOT a swing club date with a bunch of single guys hanging about.

1. What is your experience with orgies?
I have been involved in 8-10. Three couples on the low end and eight on the high. About half have been at Desire in Mexico, great place BTW, the rest in private homes in the U.S. The ladies control everything. If this is going to happen it is up to them. No means no. Most important rule.
2. Dress code? What do you wear to an orgy? At what point do you get nekkid
Guys should dress to impress. I never wear jeans but some high end brands are ok. Dress to look your best. Be very clean, freshly shaved and don't use too much cologne. For the ladies sexy. Here is their chance to wear that dress that lets it show. My wife has quite a number, mesh with cut outs for her breasts. Getting naked is a matter of timing. If you try to force it things may backfire. The best ones have a couple ladies get it going. A guy with natural leadership qualities can drive it.
3. How long does a good orgy last? Pacing?
It really depends. I have been to some that were done in 30 minutes while others went on for a couple of hours. The longer ones were sex, followed by conversation, followed by sex. It depends on the crowd and how well they click. Sex may actually only be a small part, time wise, of the party.
4. What is the difference between a good orgy and a good cocktail/dinner party?
An orgy should not be a surprise to anyone involved. That can ruin the mood for everyone. You need to have mattress with clean sheets in a room. Familiarity of the people. Are they comfortable with each other. Do you know anyone's special rules. One couple we know she will do all the girls but only her husband on the guy side. We have played naked twister but you never know when some guys junk is in your face. Sexy music, cool jazz, we use the music from Desire.

This board is for new hobbyists and providers who need basic advice on getting started. Orgies and swing parties are not going to be possible until you have established your presence in the hobby due to heightened screening requirements. I could answer your questions based on my experiences (and there have been many), but this does not appear to be the right venue for this. I will say that there is commentary on this on the M&G, general/national, and various regional boards, plus many reviews.

Most of the women I know who participate in such things would leave if they knew a hooker was involved. As I read his question he has the participants but was looking for help in putting the basics in place.
