I don't really post, and I consider myself a bored and curious person who is not a hobbyist (although I may one day have an encounter--mid-life thing).  However, after reviewing the thread referred to above, I realize that there are numerous misconceptions that I'm certain have been addressed elsewhere (for example there are several types of hepatitis, including hep c, that cannot be vaccinated against, and are quite deleterious to your health).  What about the hiv debate?  Data regarding transmission is becoming increasingly clear.  Lesions in the throat, anus, and/or vagina are all viable sources.  Likewise, information on viral load, imuno-suppression and other risk variables are gradually augmenting our understanding of the disease process.  My concern is related to the lack of hiv testing taking place among sex industry workers.  Some studies suggest that as much as 50% of newly reported North American hiv cases could be prevented through testing alone.  What measures are in place for such testing?  Why are so few providers willing to document test results?  I realize that this is not the panacea, rather, it is one factor that could greatly reduce the anxiety and perhaps future ill-health of many individuals.

I don't know what you are basing your opinions on. Nikki is the only one who has provided backup to her claims. Seems to me she is the only one with her eyes open!  The rest are just following the herd.  And from the looks of her reviews, it's your loss slowslowslow.
