it will likely go up.  A posting history helps.  You can resubmit the first review within 90 days (you may have to update the ad link).

I am very new to the hobby and have only seen 1 person so far but she was listed on BP, she had numerous ads in several areas of NJ but she was not reviewed on TER. I have seen several reviews on TER that have only one review yet when I tried to place a review ( I followed all the rules ), it was rejected and said, "From time to time TER chooses not to post reviews from users with limited history for providers with no other reviews". My question is how do I really get started if, since I am a "user with limited history" my reviews may not get posted ? I am not complaining, I just want to become a VIP to become more educated. Thank you for your time !

then come back here and ask questions.  Bottom line is, do the research on providers.\

...aharris1 your situation is common. You were submitting your first review. You were reviewing a provider not reviewed on TER. Your first and her first. Neither of you had a history. TER wants to be sure you and she are legit. If you had already reviewed several providers your review of her would likely have been posted without issue even though she had no reviews on TER.  If she had many reviews on TER before you reviewed her your review would have likely been posted without issue. It's that both of you were unknown.

Your best bet to get your next review approved and posted would be to see a provider that is already established here on TER and review your session with her. The chances are good that review will be posted. Don't give up on the one TER held. You have 90 days to resubmit it. Once you get a review of an established provider approved and posted go back and resubmit. You can also keep looking to see if someone else reviews this BP lady you saw. If they do and it gets approved and posted resubmit yours. Keep in mind it must be resubmitted within 90 days. If you miss the 90 day deadline you'll just have to see her again and review that session. (It's a tough job but somebody has to do it.) :-)

Because pimps and or boyfriends sometimes write reviews of new ladies which are not honest or legitimate TER has to be careful in this situation.

Regarding getting VIP to become better educated you can buy VIP membership. It's $30 a month. You could cancel before the 30 days is up so it wouldn't automatically renew. You can learn a lot in 30 days.

Swimtrekr's advice about reading the Self-Help Center is good advice. You don't need VIP for that. Click the site map link at the bottom of the page and look under the Info & Policies heading. The Self-Help Center link is there. Click it and read. Read the discussions here on the Newbie Board too.

Welcome

It wouldn't be a bad idea to buy your first month of VIP so you can read reviews and research your companions. Seeing unreviewed providers always carries more risk than seeing providers with many good reviews.
If you review someone who already has reviews it's more likely to be accepted. The reason your review was not accepted is because when a new reviewer reviews an unreviewed provider there is an increased likelihood that it is a fake review.
Start participating on your local board, when people get to know you they will be more willing to help you. Reading a few pages here on the newbie board will give you a lot of information as will reading the self-help center.
