To get reviews you need to see TER members. For P411, use their toll free number and call them. Gina and her staff will will work with you to get you verified since you don't have a reference. If you are newbie friendly, you can indicate that on your profile there. That might help get some quick clients/reviews.
Agree with bps, use normal English, don't use text speak. I would guess that you accidentally hit the caps lock button, using all caps is the equivalent of shouting, not needed here. Read the self help center, link up above, it will help you on this site. It will tell you about posting an ad each week.
