When ever I have a new review written for me, IPM the reviewer and ask for personal information so that I can confirm that I have seen this client. Once I do that I go to the clients page of reviews and click on "submit a referral" at the bottom of his reviews. After I submit the referral then my white listing shows up at the bottom of his page of reviews.
I only whitelist clients who have written me a review. When I check for white listings to use as a reference, that's where I go. I go to the clients page of reviews and the white listings are listed below the reviews. When I first started using TER, Clients would ask for me to white list them and I was unable to. I had to contact TER and ask for permission to be able to white list clients. They had to enable that capability for me. So if you see a lady who says she can't white list, you might recommend for her to contact TER so she can have the ability to whitelist.I've read about a TER White List on several posts. How do you see if you are on it? How does a provider put you on it? Do you just need to provide your handle to her?
