 A good place to start is the self-help center, you will find much information about TER there. Then read back several pages here on the newbie board, the answers to many questions you may have can be found on these pages.  
 Ads can be posted on your regional ad board free of charge and the photo only board can be a good place to generate interest
 You won't have a profile here until you get your first review, your first reviewer will establish the profile when he writes the review. You can then contact TER to have it linked to your name so we can find it easily.
 Do some reading and then come back and ask any questions you still have about using TER. The newbie board is a very safe and welcoming place so,don't be afraid to ask
