Hello, say for example you get an hour massage from an independent provider (not from a formal massage parlor) for the quoted rate of $160 or whatever it is.... is a tip expected at the end of the massage? Do you? And if so, how much? I've never quite understood the etiquette here?
For most providers, tips are not expected, but welcomed. Most guys do not tip, I think. The norm is that the best tip is a return visit. Unless the service far exceeds your expectations, I would not worry about a tip.
