I've searched for a "Massage Parlor section" and have not found one. However if you click on the Site Reviews tab at the top of the page you will see just under the tab a link titled Reviews by Service Type. Roll over that link and you will get a drop down menu. On that menu fourth item down is a Massage Parlors link. Click it. Choose a city (city of the massage parlor) and you'll get a list of massage sites. (Not many) Some individuals and some businesses. Look to the right you will see a "button" labeled "Rate It". Click that button you'll be able to review. Now it's supposed to be a review of the site but you can comment and review the parlor and or the girl.
This is the only Massage Parlor section I can find. It's clearly not a place for reviewing a massage parlor girl but it's all there is in TER land as far as I can tell.
You can review other adult entertainment sites there. Escort agencies is one. Again it's supposed to be a review of the site but many times the reviewers review the agency.
The easiest way to find these links when wondering where some bit of information might be located is to go to the site map at the bottom of any page.

...However, once there it's how to find reviews of massage parlor girls and once I found one (I searched in my city for a massage parlor girl not anyone specific) it's a review just like an escort review. Submitting the review would be just like an escort review. I wouldn't call that a "massage parlor section". TER's word choice is misleading. They make it sound like there is a separate section where reviews of mp girls are done.
