Do any hobbyists here have advice for getting screened when you own you own business?

A well-known screening service required a paystub and/or the phone number of my place of employment.  As a business owner, this was difficult to accommodate.  They didn't offer much advice for getting around this.

Any others have a similar experience or recommendations to get past this hurdle?  Also, I am hesitant to give too much information out to a 3rd party who could get hacked or may put my identity at risk.  If I were just an employee at someone else's firm, that wouldn't pose such a risk.  As a business owner, it's a huge risk.

Thoughts

P411 worked with me to get it done.

...they have a reputation for working with people that are retired, self employed, etc. Talking to them rather than just following the site instructions works best in these cases. There are many discussions here about how P411 worked to get people verified.

Gina and her staff at P411 will work with you to verify you.  As I have said many times, since we all have to give up some personal info to get verified, it's better to give it to one site than to several providers.  The fewer that have that information, the better.

thanks for all the helpful posts.  Much appreciated.  My initial experience was with rs2k.  Sounds like 411 deserves another look.

And for those bitching that I "should search the forums first", I freaking did, OK.  go ahead and search with keywords of your choice and see what you get.  Not much...  So chill out.
