Many of us on this board are where t levels are decreasing, which can result in some degree of ed. There seem to be many advertised supplements to address this. Anyone here with experience taking these, which one(s) and what kind of results did you have

Low T causes lots of other problems too, such as no energy, wanting lots of sleep, not wanting to get out of bed, the list goes on and on. So my wife thinks I get the shot once a month for those reasons. My Dr. prescribed these for me. Been on this program for about 3 years now. These shots and Viagra (the cheap one's from India) keep me bangin' the ladies twice a week for the last 3 years. I am now 72 years old and still going strong. My Medicare even pays for it. (the shot) They say sex is one of the best medications on the market today. This is how I'm spending my children's inheritance. Get the shots.

...and don't just take T supplements without professional help. Excess Testosterone can get turned into Estrogen (the female hormone) in men, and that can make you worse than you were before. A doc can help you measure your T vs. E ratios and tweak your testosterone doses to give you the right dosage, not an overdose.
Macca is a root which is sold n health food stores in powder form .It actually does NOT contain any testosterone what it does do is help your body use its own testosterone more efficiently regardless of the amount you do have. I have suggested it to both men and women suffering libido issues . Google it . Sometimes we have hormones that are not getting into the cells even if they are in the blood . Give it a try

f you have proven low-T, testosterone supplements are a good idea. Go to your doctor and talk about the options. Androgel is one of the options. It is a gel that you apply to your shoulders daily. It works well and avoids the need for a shot every 3 weeks. Also, I think I remember the shots having some potentially bad side effects, whereas Androgel avoids those side effects.
Low-T is a major cause for low libido. In my case, Androgel definitely increased libido, with almost no side effects. However, it isn't exactly cheap
