If you have full VIP, you can search on Two Girl Action = Yes - Really Bi in your area to find candidates (not a guarantee however). There's similar search options in sites like P411.
Are there typically providers who work with women? I'm new to all this and all the ads seem to be geared towards men. I'm in the San Francisco Bay area. If anyone has any referrals I would appreciate it.
If so, then you may want to write an "In Search Of" post on your local Regional Board.
If you're looking for a provider who entertains ONLY female clients, that will be a bit tougher, I would think.
I'm sure they exist but I've never seen any who advertise that.
Many ladies will entertain M/F couples or play as a duo with another provider, so you might also consider contacting ladies who mention those options in their advertising.

...that since it is filled in by the first hobbyist, it is often wrong, especially about things like whether the provider is truly bi or not. I don't think that many providers ever bother correcting it if it is wrong. I have dismissed several providers whose profile indicated that they were not girl friendly, when indeed they were. What is more reliable is checking their personal sites for mention of clientele preferences, and if there is nothing listed there then a quick email to ask them will usually get a timely response.
Since "really bi" is one of the rating systems bump in scores, many ladies who are not bi have that on their profile. It is better to ask and see what she says, even if her profile doesn't mention whether she likes women or not. There are many who are bisexual and more than happy to have a female contact them. There are also some that are willing to do threesomes but wouldn't want to do one on one with a female (doesn't make sense really, but it happens).
Since men are the much higher % who contact us, we of course aim our ads etc out to them. The quickest route to finding what you are seeking is posting an ISO on your local board, let the ladies respond, and go from there on researching them. Much less time consuming than going through the whole finding a gal you like, then emailing her asking if she enjoys women.
-I am a provider who has also dabbed as a hobbyist and found a few who were not bisexual, but they would post on the boards gushing about how they enjoy women (to get guys attention). This was years ago and this type of behavior doesn't happen often, always best to ask or verify if they are.
but yes there are many women here working who actually prefer women over men, unfortunately just reading "really bi" on her profile is no guarantee that any woman here is really into women.
BTW a lot of reviewers are clueless, I remember reading a couple of reviews of my then GF who definitely was NOT bi, but to read her reviews you would think she was from the planet lesbo. She would do threesomes, but would interact with the other lady as little as absolutely possible, and would never even consider booking one on one with a woman.
BTW the reason some ladies will do threesomes, but not one on one sessions with a woman is that on a one on one appointment "there is nowhere to hide"
The "nowhere to hide" comment makes total sense. Many providers list "men & couples" on their personal profiles, oblivious to the fact that female mongers are out there. I have contacted many of them to ask if they also see women one on one, and to date only one has replied back that she did not. Most of the replies have indicated that they didn't realize that there were women hobbyists out there, and that they would love the opportunity to try it.
My TDL right now is quite large
It is however one way, albeit imperfect, to find candidates. I should have added that another filter is to look for reviews where the provider did a twosome, then read the reviews to see if the provider really did seem to get into the girl+girl action.
And I also recommended checking provider ad sites. Thanks for backing me up on that.
Just ignore the constant references to "gentlemen", since most providers will see women but they usually market their ads and sites towards men. But even in my short time here on TER I have seen that changing, and more & more providers are mentioning us ladies.

I honestly try to keep my ad verbiage as gender-neutral as possible; I'm happy to see men, women, trans individuals, and the gender-fluid.
