I'm new to TER and don't know if these questions have already been asked and answered. However, I would seriously like to know what experiences people have had:
Most of the Provider Ads do not contain any type of pricing. For someone like me, who is not wealthy, I need to know the approximate pricing before I even consider a provider. What is the best way to find out how much she charges without compromising the legal aspects?
Are most providers open to meeting you in a club or restaurant first, for a drink or coffee, and then making your way back to her place. Of course you would pay her for that extra time. May be a safer way to give her the fee as no transaction would be done in her place.
How precarious is it to see a provider considering the illegality and punishment by law enforcement if caught? Is this something that I have to really worry about or is it just hype? If so, what are the best ways to avoid any problems. I was even considering flying down to Costa Rica or the Dominican Republic as an alternative as prostitution is legal in both of those places and police don't get involved.

The police do not give a damn if you are guilty or not, reasonable suspicion is all they need. If you are consorting with a known prostitute they have reasonable suspicion. The DA will decide whether to charge you or not but the damage to your reputation will be done long before you have the opportunity to prove your innocence.

Yeah, that licence is a powerful piece of paper - it can convert the activities between two people into sanctioned activities. Call it a government permit to fornicate, but only with one person at a time.
Now remember, church and state are to be separate - but in my state a certain religious group controls the state government and uses their power to enforce their particular brand of morality. It's interesting to see how they react when an even more austere religious group proposes tenets; suddenly those people are extremists or cults. It'd be funny if people's lives and freedom didn't hang in the balance.
...look on the TER regional ad board for your area. The rates will be in their ads or on their web site. You being a newbie need to stick to ladies that have a lot of reviews and about half of their reviewers need to have written alot of reviews. In my area there are a lot of excellent providers between 200 to 300 an hour. Many others at 350 to 400 are available too.
