Okay one more how do I exactly post the banner to TER on my website
It shows a link to copy and paste but where exactly do I put that on my website I tried to add it to the homepage but the banner didn't pop up just the link

Anytime you want to find the Self-Help Center go to the site map at the bottom of any page. Click on it then look under Info & Policy. The Self-Help Center link is there. There are other ways to access the Self-Help Center. I'm sure you'll figure them out as you go along.
