I've been looking into how sounds affect my own experience, and discovered there's a whole swath of people who're doing the same.  It's called Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR) and your "trigger" seems to be leather.  There's a lot of YouTube videos of various ASMR Triggers, so I've linked one below for leather if that helps you put a name to it.

My own trigger seems to lean toward whispers.  No clue why, but am enjoying the path of discovery nonetheless.

That's a good insight, n88. Actually I love the sight of leather as much as the sound, and if I get the chance, its touch.

Leather creaking on a man is a totallly different experiense: obscenely oppressive.
