If you arelooking at a general list of reviews for a certain area or even for all cities, then "new" means a lady who wasn't reviewed before. You will notice if you look closer that she usually only has one review. There are rxceptions though sonce some provider get two or morereviews on a short period of time. The "new" labell lasts for 14 days, so if a lady received her first review less than 14 days ago but received additional reviews within that time period, you will see a provider with more than one review still having the "new" label.

If you are looking at a particular providers profile and see "new" on one or more reviews, then those would be for her reviews received within the last 14 days.

If you search for new reviews only, or use the quick link for new reviews, then it will show all reviews (or all reviews for the city you are searching) from the past 14 days
