i myself am a provider, but I still get VIP. Being a provider, I am able to PM and see my own reviews- but I am not allowed to see anyone else. For all the the headache that having VIP will save you, it is definitely worth the small fear.
Or, If you want to get people to email you - rather than pm you- why don't you include your email address at the bottom of your posts. (I am not exactly sure whether or not this is allowed but if it is, then at least you can responded the responses that you get for your ads. I mean, I know that hobbying can get a little bit expensive sometimes, especially isn't spending a little bit of money on here in order to be able to sufficiently check you ladies out going to help you save a lot of money that you might have lost during a rip off girl or something of the like.
When i said up for VIP it was (I think) 20/month and that isn't bad at all.
I agree that if you are shopping around for providers it is really worth the $20 monthly investment to get the whole story. When I was a basic member I chose several providers that I was disappointed in. When I went to VIP status I found out that if I had only seen the juicy details, I would have made better selections. In the long run you can save yourself lots of money by being a VIP member. And be much more satisfied with your choices.

get quarterly or annual membership. If you have been a member for more than 5 years the monthly cost is $25. It's definitely worth it considering you spend $200/hr or more on a session. That $30 a month can save you a lot of money and disappointment.
My schedule of seeing providers and my reviews keeps me in VIP when i need to be.
