Any hobbyists frustrated like I am - While researching providers for an upcoming trip, many now have their photos blocked by VIP Gold. Before I expose myself to yet another list and pay for another service, I'd like to know how legitimate it is and why so many providers seem to be incorporating this into there sites?
I am currently deleting from my TER list of favorites all the providers that I have not yet seen but can no longer access their photos without VIP Gold membership because it blocks me from another level of screening as well as determining whether they are my desired type or not
and I'm interested, I have no problem with it. However if it is paid access to her site, she won't be getting my money.
Good question. I've been noticing that to.
I don't recommend anyone else do it either. They get enough from us with their rates to see them. If they don't want to tantalize me with free pics, then I don't not need to see them.
I don't know anything about VIP Gold, in fact, I've never heard of them, so I can't help you there.

...today in which a guy asked a provider about her site having her photos locked. She told him thanks for letting her know. She explained it was done without her knowledge and not in accordance with her wishes. She had also apparently done what was necessary to unlock them as I was able to view them without encountering a problem. I can't be sure but I think this VIP gold was involved.
I move on to others whenever I run into photos being locked.

sure my most recent gallery, which i took with a cell phone on march 22, 2015, AND those same photos have surpassed the preferred411 cverified photo logo badge entry requirements.
In mean time my preferred411 has the verified logo status with those same photos I took of myself in my mirror in march 22.
I been having to take new photos every 2 weeks with my cell phone as i am rapidly growing at this stage in my pregnancy. At this stage in the game the pro photos could be useful to me for just a 2 week period making pro photos simply not worth it to me, at this time.

I will conclude that Pure VIP Gold is a scam and I would encourage all providers that use one of these free website services to make sure their photos are not locked without their permission.
There is a similar thread on my local (Chicago) board and it prompted me to go view my own website to make sure mine hadn't been locked.... and YES, they were locked for Pure VIP members.
I hadn't received any email about this happening, it was just done without my knowledge or consent.
So I had to go in and reset their new "privacy settings" to make my photos visible again. It took all of 2 minutes to figure it out and get it done, but it irritates me that my pics were locked for a day or two WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
If someone had emailed/questioned me about it, I wouldn't have been offended, I would have been glad h told me so I could fix it.

I'm sure a lot of business has been lost and those providers effected should be pissed! I deleted all my favorites that had their pictures blocked before I knew that it was not the provider's decision to do so. These included some women I have seen before and would see again and those on my bucket list to see in the future because games are bullshit and trying to extract more $ is not acceptable IMHO.
