If she doesn't have the free limited provider VIP she won't be able to white list you. Even though she may have reviews she has to request to free provider VIP. She can only do that if she has at least one review. This is explained in the Self-Help Center under the "Some Info for Providers" link.

I have not had time to write the review since we just parted a couple of hours ago. I had a nice time, and this was a very nice girl down here visiting from Seattle.
I asked this other woman for a Whitelist and she is forgetful, but I am wondering is there some sort of hassle to do it. Is the Whitelist process not user friendly?

But that is not what he is asking. He knows how to find his whitelists. 
A little impatient if you ask me. It can be a little bit of a challenge to locate the TER screen to white list someone, if she's never done it before.
