Rick, have you ever thought about going into investigative journalism..? 
That was a quite indepth piece! I've been complaining about both PK and NL for ages now and no one listens.. I don't understand how the TER management simply ignores issues that pop up. Maybe it's just size and they manage too many locations to be really interested in any locations specific issues..
It's why I keep thinking about my idea to do an area specific board, catering to only this region, with truely certified pics and the ability to really watch out for local hobbiests as well as providers.. I've not gotten any feedback about doing this, so I don't know if anyone even is interested in such a project.. It's certainly not intended as a replacement for TER, as this is certainly the premier site of it's kind, but as a locally run and operated system, i'd be more interested in what happens here in this area. Personally, I'm not even sure enough people would visit to make it worthwhile..
But when you see well researched articles like yours, one has to wonder why no one listens..
