3 good reviews enough homework?

Hi--I wanted to get some veterans opinions.

About to book with a girl with only 3 reviews.  They're all 10/10's and 9/10's.  And--the 3 reviewers themselves all have a pretty decent number of reviews they've done, and a handful of whitelists.

Normally I don't gamble on providers with less than at least a page full of reviews.  BUT--the three reviews this provider has seems legit enough, having done some due diligence on the 3 reviewers themselves.

My main concern is LE, vs. a bad experience.  (A bad experience sucks, don't get me wrong, but its not the WORST thing in the world.)

So--is 3 reviews (from seemingly legit reviewers) good enough to pass the LE "do your homework" check, in your opinion?

I often find that making my own decisions works best.

As long as you believe the reviewers are legit and have many reviews, and/or have been here  a long time, it's likely not an issue.  One thing I tend to make sure of is that these reviewers don't hand out 10/10 and 10/9 or 9/10 like they are candy.  Unless they only post their best experiences (guilty), then you should likely see some 7s and 8s. One trick to separate the wheat might be to PM them about their last few comparable reviews in the same city and ask them which they suggest.  Naturally if their reviews are almost all for BP providers, then be more skeptical -- but if the ladies in question participate with P411 they are likely (not guaranteed, as nothing is) to be safer.  Be sure to  PM the ladies via P411 also -- as I find that ladies tend to be a bit less concerned about us when we contact them there as opposed to a standard email when they have no idea who you are.  (Having yourself a complete profile on P411 also seems to help a LOT -- I know it helps me a lot as the ladies better understand me and what I'm looking for.)

BTW, if the lady is truly terrific, once she has 20 great reviews, her prices will likely also increase... so you never want to wait TOO long anyway.

His major issue is the risk of LE, not the quality of the experience. Your point are well intentioned and well taken, but they are not the OP major concern.

To the OP, yes your chances of this woman being LE are virtually nil. I hope she is all you hope she will be.

As long as you believe the reviewers are legit and (they) have many reviews, and/or have been here a long time, it's likely not an (LE) issue.

Nothing in life is 100% guaranteed but your 3 reviews sound like it should be good enough for say up to 75%.

Now if you can say that this provider has been advertising and in business for more than a month then the odd increases. The longer the better. However I would find it rather strange if she's been working more than 3 months and only has 3 reviews to show for

I have been a provider for over 2 years and only have 6 reviews. I am not a high volume provider therefore I don't worry much about the reviews but, I do well. I have a group of provider friends and we refer clients to each other all the time. I like having reviews but, so many hobbyists don't want to take the time to write them. It doesn't mean I am  less of a good provider than those with a page full... It just means I am either not begging for them to be written or the gentlemen I see don't write them.

I am no veteran but I will add my two cents. There are some of us that prefer to remain under the radar and do not like having loads of reviews posted. I, too, only have 3 reviews, and I allowed those 3 simply for the benefit of the client so that he is rest assured I am legitimate. You can always PM the men who reviewed her just for a little extra research. I always message the last two okays (or providers of the reviews he posted) before I see a client,  just to be safe.
Good luck and I'm sure you'll have a fabulous time. 9 and 10's ratings are wonderful reviews!

2 reviews here on TER.  Just thought you might want to know.

Thank you for looking! My third review is on another site. I have all 3 reviews posted on my website and on my p411 ad. :)

Thanks everyone!  That helps a lot.

One last question:  How do you see how long a particular reviewer has been around (IE:  active on TER).  I see (obviously) where I can click each reviewers name and see the other reviews they've written along with any whitelists... but that's it.
Thanks!

As you already know, you can click on their reviews when they post. Scroll down to their first review and look at the date. For many reviewers, that is a good guide to know how long they have been here. However, many don't write reviews. Many have changed handles. Many post with their alias. So, you can't always tell how long someone has been here just by looking at their review history. For example, if you click on mine you will see my first review was in 2011, but I have actually been on TER since 1999! I just never wrote reviews in my early years here. There are guys like GaGambler and Bigpapasan who have been here for many years but have zero reviews.

It shows me you have 14 reviews and gives the month/year in which the review was done. If they haven't written any reviews I am not sure how you would know.
