VIP member by adding reviews

I want to become a VIP member so so far I've submitted 1 review for a provider I've seen. I'm going to submit another review for another lady I've seen because I understand you need two posted reviews to get a certain amount of time in VIP. The question is is how do they go about accepting your review? Do they email you to let you know? Also, how long did it take you to get your review accepted?
These questions are for the VIP members who have gotten VIP membership through submitting reviews.
Thank you for your responses.

...on your first review the 15 days are held until you have another review approved and posted. Then your 30 days (15 for each review) begin. You'll know when your VIP has begun when you log in and see the gold VIP member banner under your handle in the "Welcome" box on the upper right of the My TER page (first page after log in).

It can take a few hours to a few days for a review to be approved and posted. Usually your VIP starts right away after your 2nd review (in a beginners case) is posted but from time to time there may be a delay for no apparent reason.

You can check on your reviews by clicking My Reviews on upper left of the My TER page. Look to the far right under status. It will say new (meaning it's not approved yet), approved (it's been posted), or give a reason for being rejected.

If rejected you can edit it to fix the problem and submit it again.

Welcome.  When logged into your account there is a My TER tab, hit that and then My Reviews.  There you can see the status of them.  I believe every 2 gets you 14 days VIP.  Which is a very well thought out move by TER.  Think about it, after you've just busted a huge load in a hot lady, you're probably satisfied enough that yout don't start planning your next date until more than 2 weeks after.  Or more likely, you just don't have the cash for it that close to the last date.  So then you end up needing to buy VIP anyway.

I looked on the site map. Found "How & Why to Join". Read to the bottom and found "So, How much is this going to cost me?" This is the only place I've found that spells out the 15 days for reviews rather than just referring to it as the Review FAQ's as well as other places do.
