Hi, I am quite young and new to this. I went last week to my first agency escort and things went great I believe. She ended up giving me her personal number and email. What does this mean?
ALL THE MONEY and the agency doesn't get a dime. That's what that means. And if she gets caught she will likely be fired.

but most likely, as most others here have said, she simply wants to cut the agency out of their booking fee and yes when she gets caught she will most likely get fired. The risk for you of course is that the agency may blacklist you as well. Some people think the risk is worth it, others do not.
I will admit that I have actually "dated" a couple of agency girls, both with and without the agencies knowledge. It's not really something I would advise for others, and certainly not a newbie to this world
...and have you make futher appointments with her directly. That is I'm sure against the agency's policy. She is taking their cut of the donation by doing this and will be fired if caught.
If you see her again by contacting her directly it won't be at the agency's location. This all may work out fine but it may not. She could be reliable and trustworthy, well other than cutting out the agency. But she could take advantage by ripping you off. It has happened. It has also happened that everything went off without any problems.
happens all the time..just book directly with her to save some cash..as for the agency..what they do not know will not hurt them..

I am sure she will try to get the same amount, but he can always make the argument that he could just call and book with the agency (either book her or book a different gal). If she wants the customer enough, she'd be willing to undersell the agency. If she still works at the agency, what benefit is it to him if she charges the same as the agency? None as he gets to see her for the same rate no matter who he goes through. It benefits her to deal a little.
If she quits the agency, you'll have to suck it up for the rate she asks.... but in the meantime, he could get a break on the rate. Worth a shot.

You got a real funny look and confusion from me til I read what you meant by "N" word.
Before all the fuddy duddy WKs and providers get their selves in a ruffle (because you know they will, it's in their blood to speak before thinking and some of them won't fully read what I am saying)... I am not really, truly saying "negotiate". I would never imply that as it is annoying and disrespectful to us ladies and I personally hate that crap!
Right now, working at the agency... she is getting a %. So let's say he pays 400$ "to" the agency and the gal keeps 250$ of it. Her rate through the agency is 250$. So now, if she goes outside working through the agency.... she can ask for more money and she keeps it all. So it would be quite reasonable for her to charge more (as she is now going to get more) but ask for less than what the agency requires.
If she now asks for 350$, he is getting a deal (50$ less) and she is making 100$ more than what she was making. It is a win-win. So it is not like she is getting less or down grading her rate as she was making less anyways going through the agency. She is the only one who is getting the benefit if he chooses to see her outside of the agency at the same price.
I wouldn't blame her for trying to get the same rate as the agency. I just don't feel that he is being disrespectful by offering a slight lesser rate (which is more money for her). She would only be upgrading her rate no matter if she charges the same or slightly less
I agree with you, and if you read my post to xyz, you will say I kind of said the same thing you said here (with less words). I just think it is more common in the higher end market. For me personally, I don't play in the high end market. If I did, I would try to negotiate, but in the market I play in there is no need, and I feel the rate is already fair and reasonable. If an agency girl offerred me a lower rate to see her directly, a rate where she made more, but I paid less, I would be happy to accept, but I have never offerred a lower rate and would not at the rates I play at. However, as I mentioned in my other post, I do get other benefits to booking directly, so it is still a win-win. .
I agree with you on regular agency girls, and it has been my experience that I have paid them the same amount when booking direct. I'm not saving money, but she makes more, and I get other benefits. I get to deal directly with her instead of a third person, the provider is usually more generous with her time, and I have even had OTC dinners and stuff which woukd not happen through the agency.

Now with porn stars, I have heard many times that you can save a lot by booking direct. Think of a lady who gets 1500 through an agency, but only keeps 1000 of that, but will book directly with you for say 1200. Provider makes more and client saves at the same time. (These are just random numbers I am throwing out, but you get the idea. Also not to say it can't happen with lower rate providers, I just think it is more likely on the higher end) I don't play in those price ranges but Macdaddy does, so that might be what he was referring to.
...I agree with you that there are sometimes a few extras when dealing direct with the lady that makes paying the same as the agency rate actually a better deal.
Perfectstorm is spot on..i recently booked a well known porn star through an agency for 1200..after our encounter she gave me her private number so i could book her on her next tour for 1000..it happens all the time with high-end porn stars..
