Okay. On the Search Review board, where is says "area" code and phone number. When you put the phone number in do you include the area code then as well or just the last seven digits. Also, what does "location" mean? You already have plugged in the country and city..what else is there to input. Thank you much.

...area code and phone number I do put the area code (again) in the phone number field. Now a days with people using cell phones and taking their number wherever they go the phone number is 10 digits. The area code only is often useless.

Location could also be apartment, hotel, or a more specific area in a large metro area. Ex: In Atlanta the location could be Buckhead.

I put the area code in the top box, then the 7 digit number in the phone number box.  I got "no record found" a lot because of it.

You're supposed to enter all ten digits in the phone number box.  I don't put dashes.

What are the odds of two providers having the exact same 7 digit number with different area codes?
This is from the self help center under searching tips:

2.  When searching on "provider's phone number:", enter just the last seven digits, and leave both the area code and city fields blank.  If any profiles exist in the database with the phone number, this approach will find it -- regardless of any data entry errors in the city or area code fields submitted by previous reviewers.

For example, Chicago is a big place. It's helpful if the location is listed as downtown, northside, northwest suburbs, or even Rockford or Joliet, which are actually a good distance from the city.
