I like the site better there is a private messaging option on P411 that is not offered on Date-check.P411 is also easier to figure out and navigate.
Also date-check the site looks very cluttered can be hard to navigate and alot of profiles are of providers who are no longer working.Unless you live in Chicago or travel there often I don't see RS2K working to well in other areas.

Hi everyone!  

I consider myself as fairly new as a hobbyist here. In the past, I have only met a few ladies on BP. Now, I decided to move to higher ends. :) And I finally decided to join a verification service.

Among p411, Date-Check, RS2K, and other websites, I just wonder which one would you recommend? Any pros or cons among those services? I specifically want to know about Date-Check.  

Any ideas, advice, and suggestions from either hobbyist or providers are all welcome! Thanks in advance.

RS2K is best used in the midwest, around Chicago.  P411, I think will work with you more to get you to get you verified, plus the providers on there can indicate if they are newbie friendly.  Think DC has the best lifetime membership rate, but my pref is P411.

I am looking at RS2K, but I don't see a portal for client login, and I got a little confused ...

Is RS2K operating differently, compare to other services?

My understanding is that much more of your information is shared with the provider when using RS2K than with either of the other two services. Might be something worth looking into before you chose the service you want to use, depending on the amount of info you are comfortable sharing with your companion.

In order to verify an RS2K member, that person's Full Name, City & State, and mobile phone # must be given.    
If a potential client contacts me via any phone number other than what is listed in his member info, then I will not see him.  Why?  Because a member could have given his info to someone else to use.  

Also, it is recommended that we check ID to make sure the person we meet IS the actual member.  

Sometimes a potential client will give me his full  home address, work phone #, or Driver's License number, without being asked for those things.  That isn't needed in order to verify with RS2K, nor are we given any of that information when we get the Yes or No reply from them.  

The only additional information given applies specifically to any comments made by providers that person has previously met or contacted.  NC/NS reports are the most common, but other things like "heavy smoker", or even "very attractive" can be passed on as well.  :-)

Just a few thoughts... First, do a search of this board... This has come up often and there is a lot of good info from both sides.  

Second, I belong to both P411 and Date-Check. P411 is more professional and easier to use. It has 12,379 active provider listings compared to Date-Check which has 8,970, but probably only 85% of these are active. Yes, Date-check is less expensive, but I find P411 a better value IMO.  

Third, I don't know too much about RS2K, but I hear that you have to give out your full name every time, whereas, with the other two you only have to give it to the service one time. Not a big deal for some, but it is for others. Also, it has limited presence to the Chicago/Midwest area

I can't recall ever using any of them, as most providers require more in depth screening methods.

I'm on the East Coast and I'm D-C Platinum.  D-C has worked well for me.  I like the convenience of lifetime membership and not having to worry about making annual payments without getting caught

Date check is okay, but P411 is the best.  I get 20 P411 inquiries for every one DC inquiry.  RS2K is way cheaper, I think, but it's only really used in Chicago.

TER reviews and whitelistings are also just fine for me.

I always tell my new clients, if you can afford TER VIP and P411, do both.  If you can only afford one, get a TER VIP membership, write reviews and get whitelistings.

When I'm in Chicago I pay for an ad and I get free verification with that.  When I'm not there I have to pay 10$ for each verification.  That means, for each guy I want to verify I have to pay 10$.

P411 has benefits for all of us.  Everyone is "verified" and if someone is behaving badly then they won't be allowed on the site.

I saw a dangerous client from date check once who had 5 recommendations.  I tried to report him three times and date check never even replied to me! As far as I know the guy is still on there with 5 okays plus two warnings.  

RS2K is not as sophisticated.  I find it confusing every time I go to Chicago!  But they are very quick to reply to inquiries and their info has always been dependable.  It's pretty affordable and works great in Chicago.

What you have to give is your first and last name, your phone number, and your city ad state on your driver's license.

I wish Rs2K would expand, but until they do, it doesn't work too well outside of Chicago.
