You should write a book, (pamphlet?) on this new diet program. It should be a big hit with both sexes.
Thought of today and had an amusing thought:
In preparing for a rendezvous today, I began on Tuesday to eat nothing but fruits and drinking lots of pineapple juice (yeah you know what I mean). Nothing but fresh apples, oranges and of course pineapple for lunch and dinner. No meat, dairy nor heavy vegetables going into my body (again yeah you know why) I get up today for a nice nooner and DOH something came up for her and she cancelled.
WELL at least I had a fun reason to eat health just wish I had had the fun!!!!
Maybe if schedule providers every week I'll eat so healthy, I would not actually need providers.
Guess I'll try again next time.
