greek is the most common feature that separates the two types of services.
There should also be some difference in how the gal behaves. GRE should mean that the gal is like your girlfriend, while PSE the gal will me a bit more aloof, but also more physical, like in a porn film.
Other PSE type activities might include COF and maybe even allow filming.
GFE often entails DFK, but not always.
