Hi
New in this world of Escort Service, but very interested in K-Girls in LA. However, the agents need a reference which I dont have. What do a newbie do? I am a VIP member here.

One is to join a screening service like P411 and see if that will be accepted by the K-gals you are trying to see.
If not, then you will have to contact some gals who are newbie friendly, and then use them as a reference.
Everyone has to start somewhere.
It is not very useful in the LA K-girl world, and that is specifically what this poster was asking about.
...contact the gals directly; they have bookers who handle the arrangements and screening. LA K-girl bookers do not accept P411.
There is almost a Catch-22 when it comes to K-girls: You can't see a K-girl unless you have a reference from a K-girl but you can't get a reference from a K-girl unless you see a K-girl.
That's how hard it is to see an LA K-girl. But once you're in, bookers will generally cooperate with each other regarding references.

I also already stated that Bigpapasan and swimtreker gave the correct advice. I didn't feel a need to repost it. Had I responded to the thread before them, I would have said the same thing.

That serves no purpose on this forum. There are many times when I do not offer advice as everything I would say has already been covered. While I am the newbie host, it doesn't mean I have to reply to every thread. My highly unpaid assistants, of which PS is one, do not have to do so either. This board is for helping, not for criticizing, so if you are not helping, don't post.

That's not fair. Of course I know what the forum is about, and I only usually post when I can offer something to help the OP. But please tell me what PS offered to enhance the conversation and help him. Cause I didn't see anything but pointing out what others were doing wrong. If he did, then it went right over my head.
Anyway, that's my only point here Swim. He clearly didn't need to post to begin with. Posting to post. Believe it or not, I'm not here to ruffle feathers, only help when I can but it's not fair to be contradictory in this sense just because I'm the messenger.
I still see no actual advice to the OP except from a few.

What PS did was to correct incorrect advice, similar to what I have to do all the time with you.
Obviously you don't know how the K-Girl scene works, and apparently neither does mrfisher, even though he knows a LOT about most everything else in this little world of ours.
To repeat what BPS and PS have already stated, the K-Girl scene does not work like the rest of the hobby, P 411, TER, Date Check, and even references from non K-girls are worthless to a newbie trying to break into the Kgirl scene. They have their own little world, and their own set of rules. It works for them and they aren't about to change it for the likes of us.
This isn't a matter of anyone getting their feelings hurt, this is a matter of giving the best advice possible for the newbs, both PS and BPS did the newbs a huge favor by not letting them waste their time only to be disappointed at the end when they are still refused service by the K-Girls. PS and BPS gave the best advice on this thread, now APOLOGIZE!!! lol

OK, I read the whole thread before posting this. And it's well known I"m a huge mrfisher fan. But you, perfect storm and BigPapasan and swim are right here.
My Esteemed Colleague mrfisher is almost always right, and always meaning well. But incorrect in this case. He gets a pass, as he has given me on a recent occasion.
As for Minnie, not so much.
