I think if I were actually greeted that would be plus, best I can do is have them open the door, see me on the other side and slam the door again real quickly....usually they just look through the peephole, see it's me and then I hear her on the phone saying things like "Oh G-d....it's her...what should I do? Maybe if I'm real quiet she'll think I'm not here and go away?"
So I usually just leave the donation by the door and go away.

I begin to open the door and I am greeted with a shocked look and a sheepish smile. My favorite reaction. I literally pull him in and kiss him deeply with a passion so real and primal. The sexy smile returns and a look of understanding takes over his previous shy one as he sees all the possibilities in my eyes... and the adventure BEGINS

Another way that I enjoy is to sit and talk for a few minutes about nothing, sharing a glass of wine. This gives me some time to look into a woman's eyes, hear her voice, imagine what it will be like making love to her.
