but what else do you suggest? I know about date-check, p411....any other suggestions? Whether they're verification sites, ad websites, anything... I'd love some suggestions. I'm trying to break away from advertising on BP!
There are sites of all those types that have have strong regional use, and are virtually unknown in other areas. Actually, there are areas where TER is not the most popular review board.
Are you going to focus on one city right now? Will you be touring?
My main cities are Phoenix/Tucson. I am hoping for various cities in California in the next few months.
If PHX is one of your main cities, why haven't you placed a free weekly ad on TER's Phoenix Ad Board? You might want to start there. Like perfect said, it's a no no to mention other review sites here.
There are about a half dozen places that are used in Phoenix. Each one seems to have a slightly different group of core fans. There are both men and women that use for than one, but not too many that go to all.
BP has the greatest amount of heat, pimped girls, scammers, etc. It's basically the online "track" but has such a higher amount of viewers that quality providers put ads there too. But... many of your best, most experienced (and older) clients do not even bother to look there.
Providers there, I have found, are quite leery of Uncle LEO. Having P411 verification and okays opened the doors for me. I also found it useful to find local providers since mostly touring providers put adds on the TER boards.
As farts said there are regional variations. What works in one place may not work in another. Some work better in certain areas than others. In some areas all you need is TER. In other areas TER is virtually unheard of, and in some areas TER is just one of several or many sites you can or should use.
TER has a rule that you can't mention sites that also have reviews. Many of the ad sites also have reviews so we can't mention them. Some that have ads and no reviews which we can mention here are slixa, citysource, myproviderguide, backpage, and the verification sites P411 and date-check.
You may want to ask on the regional discussion boards here (in the cities you plan to work in) for what sites work in those areas. Ask folks to PM you as they can't mention the sites on the board.

Get the local lowdown from those who would know best, the locals themselves.
