The original poster asked about "Anna Kova". Anna Kova is almost certainly the same as "Jana Cova". The IAFD (http://iafd.com) lists only one "Kova" and it's "Jana". "Anna" is a common English-ized version of "Jana." Her name also sometimes appears as "Yana Cova".
I agree that "Anna Nova" is probably someone else.
The IAFD also indicates that "Jana Cova" has done several boy/girl movies, and this was confirmed for me by someone on rec.arts.movies.erotica some months ago.

Not only are they two different models but Jana doesn't do boy girl.
