Hence why I just signed up and left her a review. What's the typical screening? She asked for a photo, Facebook or linked in and work phone.

That being said, a photo is a bit severe, but I have heard of it being done.
Be very certain of the gal you are seeing that she has plenty of good reviews to make sure she is legit.
More typical is just the personal and work place info.

In short, some providers will want to know your real identity in order to book an appointment. Period. Many will accept references from other providers or verification services (P411, Datecheck, etc.) in lieu of your real identity. Basically, to get started, you will have to bite the bullet and provide your real life info to someone - either a provider or verification service. From there, if anonymity is you primary concern, you can limit who you see to those who find references as sufficient.
Regarding the ladies' pics, due to the social stigma and illegality of sex work, many ladies will blur identifying features in order to protect their privacy and security.

The next thing he may need to learn is how to change his handle so he can make a fresh start here, like so many before him. Telling hookers he has never met that they might not be cut out for the business because they don't want their full frontal face pics floating all over the internet until the end of time is not exactly the way to endear oneself to the ladies here. lol

It's the reason that some of us "old timers" hang around this board to make sure that you newbs don't get bad advice and ruin your experience here before you even get started.

New guys here do not always know how to search for topics, or that it can be done, so I would say cut 'em some slack. C-P, you are right about giving up personal info. My thought is that it's better to give it to one or two verification sites than several providers.
To the OP, providers all have their own preferred methods of screening, and some are tougher about it than others. It's the personal preference of each lady as to what she will want from new guys.
