I can almost always tell when they're fake, and I don't like that.  Why risk scars or some other complication?  

My vote is natural all the time.

I have fake boobs and I love them. I did not get them because of work or any other reason but that I needed them. I am a mother and of course that takes it tole on you. I felt that my boobs were to small for the rest of my body and I looked out of porportion. You look fantastic and your boobs are very good with your body. But you have to ask yourself the question is it what you will like. NOt what others think. It is expensive and painful but for me it was well worth it. I have a fantastic dr.
