This is great advice!!!!   It helped me to just request my first review be linked to me.  I'm excited to finally get reviews approved. It was difficult at first to meet a guy who had some reviews under his belt. I have had a couple guys create a TER account but my reviews weren't approved since we are both new to the site. Hoping that it opens up more opportunities, trust as a provider, and most importantly fun!!!    Thanks for sharing this info!!!!

I'm not understanding TERs emails when I contact them. I'm new to the business and everyone thinks I'm too good to be true and usually don't come to see me. Only the brave few lol because of this I've started to ask people to write reviews for me, I have a client ready to write a review but he's asking for my TER #? I can't locate that number anywhere and TER told me it could be found under the My Reviews tab but I haven't written any as I am a provider. They also told me hobbyists and providers start the same way only the provider will have to obtain reviews with her TER # there to link to her user profile. And I just can't seem to do that. We can't figure it out and I have no clue what my user # is. Please help!

He doesn't need an ID number to write a review and he will establish your profile when he writes your first review, TER will assign you an ID number when and if they approve his review.  When your first review is posted you can then ask TER to link it to your user name, XoPhoenix.  When that happens you will have limited provider VIP and you reviews will be easily found whenever you start or comment on a thread.

I have a ton of reviews on multiple other sites, I didn't have an account on here, is there anyway I can link those other sites so I can start posting on this site?

We are forbidden from even mentioning a competing review site, so no you won't be able to link them or even tell us where to find them. You can link to your website, if you have one, and direct us to them from there. Hopefully you will soon have reviews here and then the other sites won't matter as much.

...because the fact they have reviews makes them TER's competition. The thing you can do here is read my reply to Phoenix. Take advantage of all the information there. If you have a web site you can direct potential clients to your other reviews from there. Once you get reviews here you can link you TER reviews to your site.

...One bit of information is your posts on any board right now are moderated. TER admin has to check them and approve them before they show up (post). Every new TER member goes through this. After you have posted on ther boards for a while you can contact admin using "Contact Us" at the bottom of any page and request to be un-moderated.

Everyone when they join TER is a basic member. There is no "Provider" membership, provider page, etc. (Even though you may have clicked register as a provider when you signed up [joined].) The way to let others know you are a provider is to post ads on your TER regional ad board, post comments on your regional discussion board (Don’t make these discussion board posts about you like an ad. They will be disallowed. Make them pertinent to the subject.), and participate on the Photo Only board. Check out the Self-Help Center for the guidelines for posting ads and how to post photos on the photo only board. The Self-Help Center link is on the upper right of most of the discussion boards under the red and white life preserver. It’s also at the bottom of the list of Quick Links on the left of the My TER page. See the My TER tab at the top of the page. Read everything there even the stuff for the guys. It's good to know all you can.

You can pay for a VIP membership. It will give you full access to all TER has to offer but it won't distinguish you from any other member. The things I mentioned above and the link spoken about in the next paragraph will do that.

Once a guy has seen you, written a review of you, submitted it to TER, it's been approved, and posted you will have a provider profile page. Your first reviewer will create your profile when he fills out your information. You will then have a TER provider ID number. (You can contact TER and correct anything the guy got wrong on your profile or didn’t know.) Now you can contact TER and request they connect your newly created profile with your TER handle/user name (XoPhoenix). Contact them using the e-mail you signed up with. Their address is [email protected]. (You can use the “Contact Us” link instead. It’s at the very bottom of the page.) This will give you the free limited provider VIP membership. It will also give you access to the TER PM (private mail) system and allow you to read your reviews in there entirety. TER will place a link which says "See my TER reviews" under your handle whenever you post on a TER board. Guys can click the link and be taken to your profile page and check you out. The provider VIP will also give you access to the provider functions on TER such as being able to white list clients.  There is a Provider's only discussion board. You have to have 3 reviews and establish yourself on the boards then request that TER give you access to it.

If you think you already have reviews here you can search to see. Click the reviews tab at the top of the page. Then click search reviews (just under the reviews tab). Scroll down to the 4th section titled Provider's Contact Information and enter your info. The basics should be enough. That is your provider name, phone number, e-mail, city, and country. Next scroll to the bottom of the page and click the big search button. You will be taken to a page containing the results. If you have reviews your name along with others will be listed down the left margin. Click on your name (in teal colored font) and you will be taken to your profile.

The previous poster gave you good information. The guy wanting to review you doesn't need your TER ID# (as you don't have one yet). His review will establish your profile and TER will assign a TER ID# to you. It is confusing since there is an asterisk next to the box for a provider's ID# which usually means that field is required but in this case it means that information is Not required.

One more thing since you are new to TER if the client reviewing you is also new to TER his review may be held for a while until you get another review or he writes another one for someone else. TER wants to be sure you and your reviewer are legit.

Welcome

...since you do have a profile and a review by an established reviewer. Those other guys should contact TER to see about their reviews going active.

But don't worry if they get it wrong: measurements, hair length, tattoos, ... services ...

Once the review is accepted and your Profile is posted, you can ask TER Admin to correct any major mistakes.  Someone  else already suggested that have your TER handle (XoPhoenix) linked to your  Profile once it shows up.

A few more things to ask ... Where are you?  Do you have a web site?  Have you posted ads on your Regional Ad Board?  Read the rules for posting ads as those ads could be a good way of getting guys who already know TER and the review submission process.

Wow I have no clue what the regional ad board is! I'm in South Carolina.. Don't have a website yet. Me and my friend are in the process of making one...

You're XoPhoenix in a Carolina?  You do realize how easily guys like me can get confused, eh?

Now I'm off to look for ads for XoCharlotte in Arizona!
