See my post above to Ashlynn about reading the self help center, posting ads, linking your profile etc. If you don't have reviews on TER yet, then you don't have a profile yet. Once you get a review your profile is established and you can claim it and link it to your username as I explained to Ashlynn.

Feel free to post on the southern California regional boards to get known. You can post photos on the photo only board and post ads on the regional ad board. Yoi don't need a profile to post ads but you do need a website or an ad on an approved ad mall or verification site.

you should introduce yourself on any of the southern California boards you would visit.  In the self help center, you will find the requirements for posting pictures.  You cannot add pics to your profile, but you can post them on the daily photo board, and include them in ads you post.
