Why do escorts use "slang terms" if its not illegal?

Serious question, forgive me if this sounds stupid.

Lets say you call up an escort and say "yeah i'd like to pay you to hang out with me. by the way, can we have sex too? what kind of acts do you do?"  why do escorts not allow explicit talk? After all, you're paying her to hang out(which isint illegal). then you ask for sex and she gives it to you.

Another quick question. lets say god forbid someone walks into a police sting. they enter the hotel, put the money out of sight, nobody talks about it, then the escort and the male get to business. the cop then busts in. couldnt the man claim he was paying her back for a loan? or something similar?

if a person approaches another to pay them for their time, and then there is a discussion of sex, that that constitutes a crime.  Until the SCOTUS rules otherwise, gals are going to use code and avoid people who are not discreet in their interactions with them.

If you want to participate in this hobby, you had best conform to this code of conduct.

When in Rome....

As to your second question, cops are going to bust you if they find you with a gal whom they have a strong suspicion is an escort.  You can plead your case to a jury, and with a good lawyer get off, but is that any kind of victory?

Again, follow the rule of seeing only well reviewed providers and avoid LE.

They dont want to get busted. Some wont discuss specifics until you are in room and round one is over. Thats just the way it is and its their call.

As for avoiding a bust, it doesnt work that way. Once LE is in the room, you are toast. The guy can claim anything he wants but sting operations are successful in part due to their low legal bar they must meet to get a conviction.

Oh...and they lie too.

Do your homework so you are not in the room with a cop. Only see highly reviewed girls whose reviewers have reviewed lots of women.

in almost all of the US, at least.   Either party openly discussing illegal acts with a stranger are asking for trouble.
As has been suggested...  Rarely does someone walk out of a sting.  More likely the undercover will keep at you until you say something to incriminate yourself.  Or his hearing might be faulty.  At that point, the odds are 99.99% against you walking out, if you find yourself in a room with LE.  The whole point of review sites is to give us the tools to NOT be in a room with a LEO.

Stop trying to think there's a way to wiggle out & take the advise you've been given.  It does take time & effort to research for your own safety.  The alturnative is high risk.

.....you will be arrested. The best thing you can do for yourself is know and exercise your right to remain silent, never try to explain or talk your way out of it, and NEVER LIE!! Lying to the police gives the prosecutor an easy win even if they couldn't other wise convict you.
Do your research and stay out of harms way, the damage to your reputation and life will be done long before you see the inside of a courtroom even if you avoid a conviction.
