I see an awful lot of this in my area. That is, a phone number that has a shit load of different girls and locations listed. Are these always scams, or are these agencies or what?

it is an agency posting in so many locations.  So what does that leave?  If you are really interested, call the number and see what happens.

I think this is some type of a referal service.  It may also be a bait scam where the lady you select is unavailable but you get refered to someone in the area (I probably not as hot).  Frankly, it's better to deal directly with the ladies...  or a local agency if that floats your boat.

When you google the number, and check each link, there is not one review on any established site.  No board activity, no website... no sign at all of this being a real person.

If a guy were using a lady as a reference, that used this number, I would not accept it.

Also, many girls, attached to one number, can also be the sign of a pimp.  An agency would have their own website, with the girl featured and information about her.  It would not be as "cracker-jack" as this.
