2. Another option and one you'll see recommended here often is join Preferred 411 (P411). They can verify you so providers that are P411 members will see you and feel safe that you are legit. P411 providers can and do indicate they are newbie friendly. You should seek them out. (Note: Some providers will see you based on your P411 membership alone. Some will want more information because you are a newbie.)

is a good place to start.  Gina and her staff will work with you to get you verified.  It's better to give some personal info to one site than hand it out to several providers.  If you can hook up with a few newbie friendly providers thru P411, ask if they will give you an OK on that site, as well as a whitelist referral if they are members here.

Join a reference site like P411. They will do screening including workplace verification but you are only sharing it once. Some girls will except this for their screening and once you see a P411 listed girl you request an Okay wish will start to open more doors. It can be a process, you may have to see who you can instead of who you want but that will change.
