They need more proof that the profiles belong to the same person, before they merge the profiles. Normally a problem report will say approved (and you get 2 free days) or unapproved. If it says N/A they are waiting for more info. Try submitting a feedback using "contact us."
When I submitted this as a problem report the only answer I got back was N/A for the report . Shouldn't they have corrected the review and given 2 day of VIP credit ? If not what did I do wrong ? Thank you for any help you can offer
I'm not new here but I submitted a problem report which I thought you were supposed to receive free VIP days for . The porn star Jessica Ryan had a new review published along with a new escort profile yesterday . The problem is she already has a TER profile along with a review going back to 2013 . Shouldn't the new review and contact information just have been added to her old profile ?

In my experience, "N/A" is usually an intermediate state between "Open" and "Closed". Admin may not need any more information from me, and in fact usually doesn't. What I take it to mean is they're working on it. Usually, the N/A gets changed to "Closed" and my account gets credited after a day or so, with no action needed by me.
Once, the "N/A" status stayed for a few days, so I followed up with Admin and they closed the report soon after that. Sometimes these reports fall through the proverbial cracks. They may get hundreds of these a day.
I just said they needed additional information, and I got that straight from the horse's mouth. Sometimes they get that info elsewhere, like doing their own research, but many times if you give them additional info it speeds it along. You are correct to say that N/A means they are working on it and the status is somewhere between open and closed.
I was specifically told by admin (or support) what N/A stood for, because I asked them when I had a N/A on one of my problem reports, "How can my problem report be "not applicable," and they said it means "needs additional info" rather than "not applicable."

to all of you for your advice . As of today it's still N/A if they don't close it out by tomorrow I send them another message .
