Do you mean, "Where do I post / ask about HI?" or do you mean "I checked the "Other Cities" discussion board and there isn't a lot of activity about HI, only one or two posts per month, so I think there should be a dedicated board for HI." ?

There is a Hawaiian Islands as board which was added a few months ago. For discussion use the "other cities" board.
