...one nosy neighbors might notice the traffic in and out (obviously depends on the amount of traffic) of the apartment/house and get suspicious and call LE. Any issue related to being noticed due to constant location.

A lot of ladies like to rent hotel rooms.  Sometimes, they don't feel comfortable having strangers into their own homes or apartments.

hotel with inside hallways; usually 3* and above.  Private residences are not a good idea although some providers have a static incall which is a whole other potential issue.

Thanks guys.....I was really referring to making sure  that  it's  not a set up, but then again the screening process  should  put me to ease ...

I know many experienced people here will disagree with me, but I always feel safer in hotels/motels that do NOT have inside hallways.  I feel conspicuous walking thru a lobby.  I prefer the places where each room has an outside entrance.  I think it attracts less attention.

......but am very low volume; two, maybe three gentlemen per WEEK, come through my incall location.  In addition, I would never entertain more than one gentleman per day at my incall.

If the OP plans to be high volume, or chooses to entertain multiple gentlemen per day, then I would suggest a hotel with inside hallways.  I simply do not feel safe in a motel with outside hallways.

Hugs and Kisses,
Kelly

I did a little board searching, but didn't turn up much.  What are the potential issues regarding a static incall?  I can envision the possible issues for the provider (BSC John, BSC SO with the location info, etc.), but what else?  Specifically what would be the key issues from the hobbyists perspective?

perhaps in an effort to save money will use their own apartments. I have been to a few houses/apartments and sometimes it can be a real fantasy buster if the place is a mess or it's in a questionable neighborhood. You can't go too wrong with getting a room at a decent hotel. Sometimes nice hotels near airports rent rooms by the hour for travelers to use during stopovers, which can be a great deal for savvy providers.

Try to get over your reluctance to walk through hotel lobbies. They are very heavy traffic places iin nice hotels and no one is really paying attention. Just look like you belong. If it helps and you're able, wheel a small suitcase and you'll totally look like a guest.

When I go thru a lobby, I'm carrying a WalMart bag with the candles in it, so I could be a guest who just went out to pick something they forgot when they left home.  It does help if you know where the elevators are so you don't look like your lost.  If you act like you belong there, more than likely the staff will ignore you esp if they are registering a new guest or checking someone out.

I'd also point out that inside hallways make it much more difficult for LE to monitor the comings and goings of a particular
room than it is if the door is on the outside.  They can watch from a distance if the door is outside.
