and the more you know, the further you'll go.

There is a link on this page to something called the Newbie/Self Help Manual.  It has a wealth of information about the hobby and TER in particular.

Read it thoroughly first then come back with any questions.

Since you are a first timer, you'll probably want to join one of the screening services out there and then find newbie friendly providers for your first time.

Play safely is the highest principle here.

Welcome to TER.

this is my first time getting with a escort what do I do or say to set up a date

ask for an appointment, provide whatever she needs from a screening/verification perspective, be flexible about date and time, don't go into detail on anything else, and be honest about it being your first time. You may strike out a couple of times with non-newbie friendly providers but eventually you'll find your girl. That's my first experience in a nut shell anyway. Good luck!!

Welcome to TER.

...message boards. Find the red and white life preserver. Look directly under it to find the Self-Help Center link. Click the link. This will take you to the Self-Help Center. Scroll down to the heading "New!!! Provider Relations 101:" read each of those links. Start with the first one, "Contacting a Provider".

Once you have read those come back here to ask any questions you may have.

I suggest you go to a verification site, of which there are 3.  Date-Check, Preferred411, and RoomService2000.  P411 lets their providers indicate if they are 'newbie-friendly', those are the ones you need to look for.  Gina and her staff will work with you to get you verified with some personal information.  The self help center that others have mentioned is a good place to start to become more familiar with various procedures involved.

Once you are verified by the site, and get to see some providers, ask them to give you references whether here on on the verification site or both.  That will make it easier for you to see others.  When you see TER member providers, write reviews, this will give you free VIP days.  VIP membership is needed on this site so you can read the entire review of the provider.  This is necessary to help complete your research on future providers you wish to see.

If you have other questions and want to keep them private, I am the Newbie Board host, feel free to PM me and ask.
